I want to start this adventure out by introducing you to my inspiration for this blog. This is my lovely (and PERFECT!) family!
“A father is a man who expects his son to be as good a man as he intended to be.”
This is Avery, My pride and Joy and greatest accomplishment in life. At the time of this post, Avery is four months old and is as happy as can be. I cannot wait to see the man he becomes.
“If I did anything right in life, it was when I gave you my HEART.”
Deanna Came into my life when I had given up on finding a relationship that was TRULY meaningful. I had always searched for love and, honestly, always tried too hard to find that one thing that I thought I needed above all else to be happy: LOVE. How truly sappy that may sound, I have always been a very sentimental guy (Please don’t show me the dog adoption video with that song “In The Arms Of The Angels” I will cry, without a doubt!)
I have to agree with the statement that “The best things in life come when you least expect them.” I felt very lost and had completely given up on finding anything meaningful but then she came into my life FULL FORCE and I couldn’t be more happy that she chose to stick around and join me on this journey I call LIFE.
“Be yourself. Because an original is worth more than a copy.”
And Last but not least there’s me: Angelo Coates (I’m in the middle.) Shout out to my dad, Larry and my brother Cherokee! I am of African-American/Irish heritage but I get mistaken for Puerto Rican all the time (I guess it’s the complexion!) But I like that I have a bit of mystery to me. I pride myself in the fact that I don’t really stick to any specific labels as I like many different things: Reading, Skateboarding, I love to watch Japanese Animation, and you may not guess it by looking at me, but I am a die-hard Death Metal fan. The harder the better. Let me know if you’re looking for recommendations, cause I can give you a TON.
There is a lot to know about the three of us as we are constantly evolving. But most importantly we are evolving now as a family and no longer independently.
Its easy to see where my inspiration comes from now, right?!
Again, I thank you for taking the time to read and learn a little about my humble little family and I hope to allow to get to know us more as time goes on.
From my family to yours:
